Spectator ticket sales terms Version 2026-11-07 · Sales are not open yet.

Supplier and contact Association Dancing Allstars Clique, Bulgarian UIC 177140398, 32 Golo Bardo Street, Pernik, Bulgaria. Telephone: +359 877 053 405. Orders and complaints: contact.allstarsevents@gmail.com. Privacy: privacy@allstars.events. Allstars Events is the portal name. The organizer and seller for each event are identified before sales. If a different entity is the seller, its full details and applicable terms must be published before purchase.

Event, prices and requests Before an order, the event, date, location, time, zone, age/admission restrictions, quantity and final EUR price including applicable taxes and mandatory charges are displayed. A zone does not mean an assigned seat unless expressly stated. No online card payment service is offered.

The form creates an unpaid request, not a ticket or an indefinite guarantee of availability. An initial email provides the amount and bank/Revolut instructions. Include the request number and payer name in the transfer reference. Use only the confirmed payment details.

If the pricing period changes before the transfer is received, the higher current price is payable. Before paying after the original period or request expiry, contact the organizer to confirm the amount and availability. A sold-out zone may be replaced only with an available alternative accepted by you. No unilateral substitution applies. If an acceptable order cannot be fulfilled, funds for that unfulfillable request are not retained under the non-refundable ticket rule.

Payment and delivery The organizer manually verifies payment. Tickets are issued only after the full payable amount and availability have been confirmed. An insufficient payment does not permit admission. Excess, duplicate or mistaken transfers are handled separately and do not automatically purchase additional tickets.

Within 24 hours after the transfer has been successfully received and processed, you receive a separate email with the QR tickets. Each ticket has its own number and QR and admits one person. For purchases close to the event, confirm processing time with the organizer first. If the email is missing, check Spam and contact us with the request number. Do not pay again solely because the message has not arrived. The QR ticket does not replace the applicable accounting/fiscal document.

Admission and names Keep the QR private. The first valid admission admits one person. Reused or cancelled codes are refused. Staff may use the ticket number if scanning fails. A wristband supports re-entry under the event rules. Individual ticket-holder names are optional; the purchaser's name may be used for several tickets. Organizer corrections retain a history. Audit history does not override data protection rights.

Voluntary cancellation and non-attendance For leisure events on a specified date or period, the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article 57(12) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Paid tickets are non-refundable for voluntary cancellation, changed personal plans or non-attendance. Ticket cancellation disables entry and does not automatically issue a refund.

This does not exclude mandatory legal rights, including where a paid event is not provided, the organizer fails to perform, or funds have been collected without legal basis. It is not a waiver of rights relating to event cancellation, material changes or other circumstances protected by law. The organizer communicates the relevant claim and settlement procedure. A change of date or zone is not automatically accepted by the buyer.

Complaints and disputes Send the request/ticket number, description and transfer evidence to contact.allstarsevents@gmail.com. Do not post passwords, full banking information or QR codes publicly. We retain the correspondence and communicate the actions taken. You may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, the applicable conciliation body or the competent court. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction remain unaffected. No referral is made to the discontinued EU ODR platform.

Before a real order, explicit acceptance of the specific terms version is required. The applicable terms are provided with the confirmation on a durable medium. A later version does not automatically amend an existing contract.
